Acceptance of these terms
By using Toolyfied you agree to these terms. Toolyfied provides free, browser-based tools for converting, compressing, editing and analyzing files. No account is required, and the tools are provided free of charge.
Acceptable use
Use the tools only with files you own or have the right to process. Do not use Toolyfied to infringe copyright, violate others' privacy, distribute malware, or break any law. Automated bulk use that degrades the service for others is not permitted.
Your files and content
You keep all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership of your content. Files uploaded for server-side processing are used only to produce your result and are deleted automatically — see the How We Handle Files page for the full lifecycle.
Service availability and accuracy
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep conversions accurate and the service online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be perfect for every input file. Always keep your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolyfied is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tools, including data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
Advertising
Toolyfied is funded by advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from tool functionality, and using the tools never requires interacting with an ad.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
